Anne and I would like to thank you and your staff for a wonderful wedding party held last Friday for Amy and Dan. Everything went to plan, the food was excellent, the venue superb and above all you had plenty of good staff in place.
All the best laid plans, (Amy & Dan are very good at those) come to nothing, unless the venue meets the needs which you did completely. We know you worked exceptionally hard over the weekend Netty and that Amy said that you were always very helpful and resourceful, so our special thanks to you.

My husband and I would just like to thank you both once again for such a wonderful day on Saturday on the occasion of Natalie and David' s wedding.
Yourselves and the venue were idyllic, faultless, amazing, the food was unbelievable and all of your staff were wonderful, we could not have asked for anything better.
We have spent the last 3 days answering calls texts and visits from all the guests who say it is the best wedding they have ever been to.
One couple said it was more than perfect as the meal was outstanding, another comment was " I have been to weddings at five star hotels and they were nowhere near as good as this venue, especially the food ."
What more can we say John and Netty you did us proud .
We will be visiting Halstead in July and August this year to more weddings and a few friends are very interested in the venue for future weddings so all we can say is "don't ever change anything, it's perfect as it is ".

I am sure Lizzie & Matt will want to contact you when they return from honeymoon to thank you for themselves but I just wanted to say a big Thank You to you and all of your very attentive staff. The service and quality of care were wonderful. The food was perfect, served on piping hot plates by prompt and polite staff. We feel that everyone at Halstead provided us with a truly memorable day.

A very big thank you to you all, for your excellent arrangements for our Wedding Reception last Friday. Despite the weather , you managed to accommodate us all, and the service was attentive, but inconspicuous at all times. It was a shame that we could not take full advantage of your beautiful gardens, but we did see them (in between showers!)
The main reception hall was perfect. It was of an adequate size, very comfortable, and well decorated. The food and service, both during the meal and bar were superb and I know were greatly appreciated by all our guests.
Thank you to all who helped make such a great day for Barbara, David, and us all.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your team, and venue, for a perfect wedding reception .

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for what was the most wonderful weekend of our life! The day was absolutely perfect and I can't thank you enough. You were in control at all times so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everyone remarked at the beautiful venue and surroundings and the food was the best anyone had ever had at a wedding! So many people told me how they wished they had had their wedding at Halstead and how they were some of the best views they had seen! From the very first time we came to visit last year we fell in love with Halstead and the relaxed yet organised way of doing things. Staying in the cottage was the best way to feel relaxed and ready and it was extremely comfortable. Your wedding venue held the place that gave me the best day of my life. THANKYOU!!!
